For many years, Seagull Café House was known as the place to go for ice cream and snacks. Ore engaged the café with Millennials and Gen Z as the customer base had matured significantly.
Ore launched a home-baker-focused initiative called the Seagull Bake Off, where the bakers got an opportunity to tell their story and also place their items at Seagull cafe for three days, at no cost. This gave Seagull Café the spotlight as well, due to the support provided.
Seagull Café was also working with Ore to re-introduce new menus, to run events and more.
