The system allows any client to see 52 weeks ahead and to have their commercial team communicate seamlessly with all involved stakeholders. The system also provides the commercial team’s organisational/governance structures. SOPs, KPIs, software, and brand standard management systems.
GRID52 can be applied to MSMEs, large corporations, freelancers, and any business that relies on its commercial strategy to generate revenue. Ore does not provide standard pricing for GRID52, as we ensure that the implemented system is feasible for every single client who comes to us.
Ore makes a bold commitment to its clients – we guarantee that this system works within 24 weeks of implementation. If the client’s existing team is not skilled enough for the GRID system, Ore’s trainers ensure that the team is trained and autonomous before the conclusion of the 24 weeks.
GRID52 is not one thing. It is delivered as a set of standards, KPIs, SOPs, software, tools, and a knowledge base for the team to use perpetually. Everything developed during Ore’s GRID52 consultancy is fully handed over to the client and Ore does not require any subscriptions after this period.
Ore recognises that change may not come easily for some clients. With this in mind, Ore ensures that within the first two months, the client teams are upskilled in a minimum of two key areas within the commercial department, ensuring that the company’s performance improves only with these two components. Should there be no further room for team upskilling, software implementation, digital strategy updates, team restructuring, and EBITDA improvement, the project will be closed; however, Ore’s team has never come across unsatisfied clients before due to the process by which Ore prediscloses targets per week.
